Registration Information for 2011-12

• School Photos:  All students will take a photo for their student identification cards during registration.  If you would like to purchase pictures (these are not the Senior Portraits) your student may bring the order form and payment on the day of registration or you may order on-line at Brian Burke Photography (this link is not a PUSD web page). Click on the 'Order Online' button at the top right and select 'Mt. Carmel High School'. Order Form, Optional background selection (see order form)

• Yearbook Orders: Yearbook order forms, including online ordering information.  Yearbook

• PSAT Registration:  We encourage all 11th grade students to take the Preliminary SAT.  Registration is required for this test.  All 10th grade students will take the test and no registration is required. The test is given at school on Wednesday, October 12. 11th grade registration form
